SALEM, NH (September 10, 2015)- Peter San Antonio made his debut as a professional MMA fighter a resoundingly successful one last November at Rockingham Park, and now the North Andover, MA native looks to advance his career in the main event of Combat Zone 55 when the Friday night fights return to the venue on September 18.

San Antonio (1-0, 4-5 as an amateur) dispatched Ricky Sylvester in 2:34 of the second round with an arm triangle choke in Combat Zone 51. Currently training in Utica, NY, the 28-year-old lightweight comes home to battle Connor Barry (0-0) at 155 pounds and wants to spoil the coming out party for the University of Massachusetts-Lowell student, who also was a standout amateur fighter and is now turning pro.

In addition to the main event, the 14-fight "Pride and Glory" card features six amateur kickboxing events and seven amateur MMA bouts. Among the more intriguing of the amateur MMA fights are the match-ups between female fighters Hannah Murello (2-0) and Kerri Kenneson (0-1) and the heavyweight battle at 205 pounds between the undefeated Tim Fields (2-0) and first timer Zeal McGrew.

Murello, a law enforcement officer, fights out of Nashua, NH and kept her sheet unblemished in Combat Zone 53. Fighting on the same card against a different opponent, Concord, NH's Kenneson, an educator at the Crotched Mountain School, suffered a disappointing loss and hopes to even her record against the very tough Murello at 125 lbs.

With another win, Fields can make his case that he deserves a shot at a title next time out. He and Kenneson will carry the banner for Team Link in Hooksett, NH.

Doors open at 5:30 p.m. and the first fight kicks off at 7:00 p.m. Tickets are $40, $50, $75, $90 and $120 and may be purchased by calling co-promoter Jamison Kattar at 978-361-6772 or through the website: www.czmma.com. Parking at the racetrack is free and there is full food and beverage service. The weigh-in is in the Sports Club at the track at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday, September 17 and is free and open to the public.
